Pure Salon in Arlington Heights is great, been going here and having my hair cut by Ashley for over a year now. Top notch service and the included scalp and hand massage touch is something I’ve never thought of before but once you get it done you’ll never want to go anywhere else.
Definitely a few cuts above the typical salon. The place is clean, bright, welcoming- would highly recommend.
When I walked in it was so cute and cozy, they offered me a drink and took my coat. Savannah was my hair stylist and she was awesome! She listened to what I wanted, explained a few things while she was using them like the shampoo, conditioner, products. I went in a little nervous and left feeling great!
Great salon! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond with a scalp massage, hand massage and warm facial towel. Even on a simple mens haircut. Loved being able to use Pay at checkout. Highly recommended!

I found Pure on Yelp in my search to find a salon near my work. I live in the city and was tired of paying city prices for average service. I love that this salon is owned by two women who are passionate about what they do. I was looking to completely change my color and style…a big risk for a salon I hadn’t been to. Ashley, one of the owners, did a fantastic job of capturing exactly what I wanted! She also was very conversational and easy to connect with. Already booked my next appointment!
This place is such a gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re in a complete relaxing state of mind. Ashley’s hair cuts are precise, detailed and absolutely perfect. They also use essential oils and do hand massages as an added treat. Highly recommend Pure Salon – you won’t be disappointed!
Thank you for a great experience! I’ve tried a number of local salons; most seem to be run like assembly lines, with a revolving staff at varied experience levels, mostly indifferent to the customer, and the chaotic atmosphere of a train station at rush hour. Pure Salon, happily, is different! I received a high-quality cut in a cozy, drama-free, welcoming environment. Dawn, the co-owner, was personable and professional, and knows a lot about hair! Several extra services are included gratis: aromatherapy, hand massage. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Products are available for purchase but no hard-sell. This salon also follows a “green” practice which is a definite plus.

Front desk staff was super friendly and she gave me a tour of the salon when I came in. I have never experienced this before, and I thought it was such a nice touch. It is really clean and bright, and everyone is very friendly.
